At CampusNet, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use CampusNet, you can request permanent deletion of your account and eligible associated personal data.
You can submit a request here even if you have uninstalled the application, forgotten your login details, or cannot access your account. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.

Can still sign in?
Open CampusNet, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Follow the verification instructions.

What happens after you submit?
Step 1 — Request received
We will acknowledge your account-deletion request through the contact email address you provide.
Step 2 — Account verification
To protect your privacy, our support team may contact you to verify that you own the account. Do not enter or send passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information through this form.
Step 3 — Account deletion
Once account ownership is verified and the request is confirmed, we will initiate permanent account closure. Eligible associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion or anonymization.
Step 4 — Completion confirmation
We aim to complete eligible personal-data deletion as soon as practical, within a maximum of 7 calendar days after successful verification and confirmation, subject to applicable retention obligations. We will email you once processing is complete.

What information may be deleted?
- CampusNet account and authentication identity
- Personal profile information and eligible uploaded files
- Connections and personal account associations
- Eligible activity and participation information
- Other applicable personal information associated with the account
What may be retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping. Such retention is governed by the CampusNet Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
